Blackbelt training on Sunday 4th November and details of ITF England open squad training in Newcastle

Blackbelt training is on this Sunday  4th November 10.00 at Kenton School – the last session before the degree test in December. Open to  red and black belts.

National squad coaching.

The ITF England coaching team are running an open squad training session on Sunday 11 November to generate more interest and for students to have the opportunity to be
involved with the National team and to give those who have not had the opportunity to attend and train alongside ITFE elite competitors and the national team coaches.

The content of these sessions will cover all aspects of competition and will be run as a National
Team training session, we will be splitting the elite and students there for the first time, so all competitors benefit from these sessions.

These sessions will be open to Red Belts and above, 13years upward and cost £20pp (To be paid on arrival) for the 3-hour session.

The venue is Newcastle school for girls, Tankerville sports hall on Tankerville terrace.
